๐ค What kind of cases do you handle?
We represent people in serious car and truck collisions, wrongful death claims, civil rights and discrimination issues, medical negligence, criminal defense, civil and legal litigation (aviation cases), employment discrimination, general practice and personal injury law.
๐ How would I know if I have a case?
Every case is different. If you believe someone has violated your rights or caused you harm in some way, call us for an initial consultation. We will assess your situation and let you know what your legal options are.
๐ What do I need to know on my first consultation?
Your first meeting with us will be confidential. Itโs a chance to discuss your situation, ask questions and move forward understanding how we can assist you, what strategies are available to you and the fee structures we use and what would work best given your situation.
๐ฐ How are legal fees defined?
Fees are straightforward. Personal injury and wrongful death cases are generally referred to as being handled pursuant to a contingency fee agreement. That means no payment until we win for you. Other cases are charged on hourly or flat fee bases. Weโll review the details up front.
๐ Do you represent clients outside Seattle?
Yes. We are based in Seattle and serve King County as well as surrounding communities but also handle client matters across Washington State as well as a few select cases outside of Washington.
